Jon, Kiley, and I headed up next to Horsetooth reservoir to do some climbing this afternoon. Check out the pics here. We worked some interesting routes and had a blast. There will definitely be more to come.
May 30, 2009: One Saturday morning Rachael and I headed up above Fort Collins so I could do some bouldering. I’ve been meaning to post this since that morning and much later (4 months later!) I finally got around to throwing these pictures up and writing about the morning.
A group of SiParCS interns (and one full time employee) decided to attempt to climb Bear Peak today. This is probably the highest peak so close to NCAR, so it is a good one to do right after work. The group included Nick, Kuo, Evan, Dan, Ben, and myself. Unfortunately due to the crazy weather we’ve been having here in boulder recently, we didn’t make it to the top, but we will soon!
